- First unit: Starts at $375

- Video Plumbing: $235
- Pool Inspection: $100
- Air Quality (Mold) Inspection/Testing: $250

- Saturdays include a rate increase.

Stand Alone Services
- Video Plumbing without Home Inspection: Starts at $250 (discounted if performed in combination with home inspection)
- Air Quality (Mold) Inspection/Testing without Home Inspection: Starts at $300 (discounted if performed in combination with home inspection)
- Pool Inspections without Home Inspection: Not available as a stand alone inspection (only available in combination with home inspection)
- Termite Inspection/WDIR (Wood Destroying Insect Report): Rates vary. This service is subcontracted to and performed by a local Licensed Pest Control Company.
