Taking multiple measurement throughout the home using a ZIPLEVEL® to determine the approximate foundation elevation differential present.

The home inspector is not a licensed structural engineer, nor are they acting in the capacity of a structural engineer. This services is performed merely as a courtesy to our customers/clients only.

If structural concerns are suspected to be present in the home, it is highly recommended to have a Licensed Structural Engineer evaluate the home.
